As with its other projects, RITSEC seeks to leverage regional and international expertise and experience by forming partnerships with world-class organizations from around the globe. In 1994, RITSEC reached and agreement with Advanced Computer Communication Company (ACC) for establishing an affiliate of RITSEC in Silicon Valley, California. Within the framework of the partnership, two projects were carried out. The first project, to develop communications software and related documentation, resulted in the development of a sophisticated OSI routing protocol software for ACC router platforms. The second project resulted in the automation of testing tools used by ACC covering Automated Regression Test Tools for IPX, IP and Apple Talk Protocols. Project teams also supplied technical support for ACC's La Poste project in France

Also in 1994, RITSEC formed a partnership with the BBC of Bahrain to promote different areas in the field of information technology in the Gulf and Middle East. These areas include networking, communication, and industrial and process control.
