ThinkQuest Summary Table

RITSEC established ThinkQuest in 1995 with the collaboration of various international organizations. The program is designed to promote interaction
between children and to build familiarity and essential skills is using and contributing to the worldwide web.
ThinkQuest is a competition that challenges two to three teams of children between the ages of 12 and 19 to use their creativity, intellect, and technical
skills to develop an Internet project in a wide range of subjects. The best team entry in each subject is awarded cash or scholarships, including $5,000 for
each student team-member of the top ten teams, and $100 for the top 100 teams. During the past two years, more than 22,000 students from 108 countries
have joined the competition.
